  • 1 cup milk or non-dairy milk
  • ½ ripe banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 1-2 teaspoons matcha powder
  • 2 scoops collagen peptides (optional)


  • Place the almond milk and banana into your blender and blend on high just until smooth.
  • Add the matcha, and (if using) collagen peptides to the blender. Blend on medium speed, just until smooth.
  • Fill a glass with ice and pour the matcha latte into the glass. ENJOY!


Try adding a bit of spinach when blending the almond milk and banana for an even greater nutritional boost.
