Ingredients

milk or non-dairy milk

ripe banana
(fresh or frozen)
1-2
teaspoons
matcha powder
2
scoops collagen peptides
(optional)
Instructions
Place the almond milk and banana into your blender and blend on high just until smooth.
Add the matcha, and (if using) collagen peptides to the blender. Blend on medium speed, just until smooth.
Fill a glass with ice and pour the matcha latte into the glass. ENJOY!
Notes
Try adding a bit of spinach when blending the almond milk and banana for an even greater nutritional boost.
