Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup milk of your choice I used almond milk
  • 1 ripe banana frozen
  • 1-2 tablespoons cocao powder depending on how chocolate-y you want it
  • ¼ avocado peeled and pit removed
  • 3 tablespoons collagen peptides or use 2 scoops Vital Proteins collagen
  • 1 teaspoon maca powder completely optional

  • Place all of the ingredients into your blender. Blend on high until smooth. Pour the shake into your favorite glass & enjoy!
