  • Coconut oil for greasing the pan
  • 4 cups of juice divided (any juice other than pineapple)
  • 8 tablespoons gelatin Vital Proteins is my favorite brand

  • Lightly grease an 8”x8” pan with coconut oil.
  • First, you’ll want to bloom the gelatin. To do this, place 3 cups of the juice into a wide, shallow bowl. Sprinkle the gelatin evenly over the top of the juice. Let the mixture stand for 3-5 minutes as the gelatin begins to absorb the juice. It will look somewhat like applesauce when you stir it up, and you’ll no longer see any white gelatin once it’s ready.
  • Meanwhile, heat the remaining 1 cup of juice in a medium-sized saucepan over medium-low heat. Once the juice is hot, add the gelatin/juice mixture and stir to dissolve.
  • Carefully pour the mixture into your lightly greased pan. Place the pan into your fridge for at least 4-5 hours to set the gummies. Cut into squares or the shape of your choice and ENJOY!
