Have you ever felt completely stressed or overwhelmed? Of course you have! You’re human! That’s why today we’re talking all about one of the fastest ways to eliminate stress and overwhelm so that you can get back to living your best life.
The other day, I was working away on helping to launch my newest course, which just so happens to be called Overcoming Overwhelm, only to realize that… I was feeling completely overwhelmed!
It was in that moment that I realized I had two options here:
- Continue on, allowing stress and overwhelm to run the show.
- Pause for a minute and go through a process that I know instantly eliminates overwhelm.
Two very different decisions, right?
The beautiful part is that I was able to quickly catch myself and realize what I needed to do. I also know how to move past overwhelm fast, as I understand how it shows up and what it feels like, and this is what I’m teaching you today!
Ironically, I also quickly realized a very obvious point here…
I can never release a course to help you bust through overwhelm when I’m feeling overwhelmed myself! So, I took a deep breath and went through my simple process that I already knew worked wonders. From there, I felt instant relief, and this same relief is possible for you too.
The thing is, stress and overwhelm will show up, as they’re part of living life as a human, but there are things you can do to release this and move past it. These are the tools that truly change everything!
Just like the other day when I was feeling overwhelmed, I was so proud of myself for how much I’ve changed. The old version of me would have just kept trucking along, believing that it all needed to get done. The new and very much improved version of me, knows that those old beliefs aren’t the ticket to a happy and successful life.
In fact, those old beliefs are the ticket to creating a miserable life.
I know just how easy it is to believe that you need to do it all, show up at 100% all the time, and be everything to everyone. I used to believe this to be true as well, but now I know that this belief is a total lie.
If you’ve bought into this yourself, then you’re going to love today’s video! It’s a breath of fresh air, where you’ll walk away with actionable tools to release stress and overwhelm, starting right now.
In this episode, you’ll learn:
- My 5-step, simple process for instantly releasing stress and overwhelm.
- One of the big deceptions that most of us have bought into and how to move past this
- My favorite affirmation for reminding yourself of what’s most important
Are you ready to dive deeper into all of this? Overcoming Overwhelm will be launching soon, once I have the full capacity to create it into the beautiful course that it needs to be for you! We’ve already had hundreds of past students go through this course, and that was before I up-leveled it and made it even more impactful. I can’t wait for you to see it!

This is was awesome, and helpful. I never really thought of many things to do on my to-do-list as overwhelm. But it truly is!!!. The categorizing of what I needs to be done, is so helpful. Thanks Kristen you are teaching this older women, many new wise things.
I’m so glad this was helpful for you, Esper! Thanks for letting us know. I hope you feel less overwhelmed after using these tips!
Thank you for this Kristen! I have four huge work projects that are all my “top priority” right now, and I have them on one list. I am going to prioritize them by urgency and due date, and knock them out one at a time over the next 2 weeks. Lots of other, less or non important items will reside on the other two lists until I can get to them. One list is helpful, three will be a game changer!
This sounds like a perfect plan, Lisa! I’m so glad Kristen’s tips were helpful, and I hope you’re able to fly through your work projects now that you have a great way to prioritize them and reduce overwhelm! – Jordan
