Through my own pain, I’ve learned that training your mind, just as you would with physically training your body, is what truly changes the game. Fitness & Exercise

Throughout my experience of having to deal with Crohn’s Disease, as well as recovering from multiple surgeries, I learned how to incorporate my illness with fitness and movement. Today, I consider the ability to exercise a gift, as I started from barely being able to walk, to achieving my goal of 10 straight pull-ups!
