My Story – Featured On Stupid Easy Paleo!

I am so thrilled to tell you that my story has been featured on one of my favorite websites, Stupid Easy Paleo!! You can also find her on Instagram @stupideasypaleo, and me @live_love_paleo. Steph, you are such an amazing woman, and I am so blessed that you approached me with this opportunity!! I still remember lying in bed as a tiny, and very sick 12 year old, wishing that one day I would be healthy enough to help someone else who is stuggling. Steph, you made my wish come true! Thank you for being so awesome!

Just wanted to fill everyone in on a bit of what’s happening in my life! Aside from my blog, I also design and create for my own jewelry line. I absolutely love it! I love being creative, whether it’s in the kitchen, or with my jewelry. I’m busy preparing for a jewelry party next week, and leaving for Hawaii right after that, to spend Thanksgiving there with my family! I plan to have a few more posts ready for you before I take off. Once I get back, my jewelry will be taking a back seat, and my blog will be my main focus. I have SO much I can’t wait to share with you all! I’d be honored if you joined me on this adventure!

Hi Kristin. Thanks for sharing your story. It takes courage to live with Crohn’s disease and to share your experience with others. Our stories are very similar. Very! I look forward to following your blog and wish you great luck!!

hey kristen!! i just read your story on another blog. i have UC, so i totally get everything you have gone through- pure hell. i will most likely get my colon out next year because my meds just don’t work. it’s frustrating but not much else i can try- been paleo 17 months now. i am thinking of having an ileostomy bag forever. do you still have a bag?? i know it’s risky to get the jpouch with crohn’s disease but figured i’d ask. it seems you can eat a lot of foods now and wanted to know if you have any restrictions since your colon is gone.
