Today, I launched a new video series because I wanted to create a space to share all the lessons I’ve learned with you. Whether it’s something I’ve experienced in the past or what I’m navigating in real time, this is where we can go on this journey together!
In this first episode of my three-part series, I’m sharing my experience and what I know so far about manifesting. It’s a topic I’ve become very passionate about and something I believe is often misunderstood.
Manifesting + the Power of Visualization
To begin part one of this series, I’m going to share how I’ve used the power of visualization to live the life I truly desire.
This all started over a decade ago, when I was so sick and felt hopeless. It was during this time that I would lie awake in my hospital bed, visualizing and feeling the same scene over and over: a scene where I was healthier than ever before and I was on the beach in Maui with my husband, Mike; it was sunset, the weather was perfect, and I was wearing a long, flowing dress.
I would constantly visualize this scene as if it were happening to me at that exact moment, and I would feel what it was like to be full of energy and vibrantly healthy. In 2019, that visualization came true! I experienced the exact same scene and feelings that I had witnessed all those years ago, back when I was lying in that hospital bed.
The beautiful part of all of this is that it doesn’t matter what your life is like right now, as you can start implementing these tools today.
