Have you ever struggled with making decisions or second-guessed yourself? If so, today’s video is especially for you as I’m sharing my process for how I make confident decisions with ease, move forward and get out of analysis paralysis!
So often, I get messages from many of you where you’re so frustrated that you feel stuck in the same place in your health, your work, or really anywhere in your life. You’re disappointed because you’re in the same place that you were a year ago. Or even a decade ago.
And often times, it all really comes down to struggling to make a decision that will actually move your life forward.
Whether it’s making a decision that feels BIG, such as one about your health, or a small decision, like choosing what plant to purchase for your living room, I know it’s not always easy to know what’s right, especially in the moment.
For example, when I was starting out with making changes to my diet, there were so many options. You’ve got vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, paleo, keto… The list goes on and on.
How would I know which choice was the right one?
When it came to having over 6 feet of intestine surgically removed… How would I know that this was the right decision to make?
Even when it comes to something smaller, like choosing what color to paint the doors in our new home or what tile to use in our new bathroom, it can feel like a lot sometimes. Especially when there are a thousand different options!
I’ve also come to realize that staying stuck in indecisiveness only leads to analysis paralysis, which then leads straight to the land of overwhelm. And really, who has time for that these days?
That’s why today I’m diving into exactly how I make quick decisions and stop second-guessing myself. “I don’t second guess myself” is even one of my fav sticky note affirmations right now.
In this episode, you’ll learn:
- How to practice making bigger decisions by making small, quick ones
- Why taking immediate action is key
- The quickest + easiest way to stop second guessing yourself
- What to remind yourself of when you’re struggling with just moving forward
Remember, even when it feels heavy, very few decisions are permanent. And even when it doesn’t feel like it, you’ve totally got this!
