How to Create Consistency + Motivation in Your Life

If you’ve ever struggled with creating consistency and motivation in your life, then today’s video is especially for you!

I know just how easy it is to feel super motivated to try something new when you’re cozied up on your couch, scrolling through social media, and you see what looks like a fun, new workout that one of your favorite bloggers just shared.

Then, the next morning rolls around, your alarm goes off an hour earlier than normal, and now you’re suddenly singing an entirely different tune. It’s freezing outside, and your bed is just so warm and cozy.

You have two choices here: hit snooze and stay in that warm, comfortable bed, or get up and get moving on the workout that you said you wanted to do.

What makes the difference between the person that gets out of bed and keeps their promise to themselves and the person that says “forget it” and continues to hit snooze?

That’s exactly what we’re diving into in today’s video!
