My Game-changing Morning Routine
Several months ago I made a small shift in how I start my day, and it’s made an incredible impact in my life – so I wanted to share it with you!
My old routine used to involve staying in bed after I woke up while I scrolled through social media – that was until I realized that this probably wasn’t the best way to start my day.
I’ve found that starting my morning with something positive and uplifting really helps to set the tone for my entire day, so that’s exactly what I do! Now, the first hour or so of my day is my sacred time. I don’t scroll social media (I’ll occasionally post if needed, but that’s it), or check my email or messages. Instead I listen to something really positive while I make my breakfast and/or get ready for the day!
Of course I make exceptions at times when I have a project due for work or something else comes up. Trust me that I’m far from perfect, but I practice this as often as possible and now my game changing morning routine has become a habit that I LOVE. It’s truly made such a powerful impact in my entire day!
