I created these fresh peach margaritas to celebrate my birthday last month, and they turned out so delicious that I just had to share the recipe with you! While I don’t drink all that often, I do love a good, clean cocktail on occasion! This fresh peach margarita is definitely my new favorite! I’ve made this both with plain sparkling water as well as coconut La Croix sparkling water, and both were delicious. Feel free to get creative!
Although I prefer to serve this margarita on the rocks, it can always be blended with ice as well. Enjoy whatever works best for you! Enjoy!
Fresh Peach Margaritas
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup diced, peeled peaches (approximately ½ medium peach)
- 2 ounces silver tequila (I used Patron)
- 1 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon - 1 tablespoon honey, depending on your taste
- 2 ounces sparkling water (I used La Croix sparkling water, you can always get creative with flavors!)
Instructions
- If desired, salt the rim of your glass. To do this, place the salt on a small plate and rub the rim of the glass with a lime wedge. Press the rim of the glass into the salt.
- Place the peaches, tequila, lime juice and honey in a blender. Blend until completely smooth. Pour over ice into a glass and add the sparkling water. Stir to combine. Enjoy!

This inspired a non-tequila variation ─ working with what we had at the time. It turned out so good, I thought we should share.
We took 6 white peaches, left the skins on, and blended them with just enough skim milk to get it going. Then, we added 4oz of vodka, a couple tablespoons of white chocolate liquor (to taste), and a few ice cubes.
It made a delicious, light drink with a smoothie-like consistency.
Next time we’re going to try it with a few raspberries! 😀
Thanks for the idea!
My mother in law gave me a whole case of canned peaches a year ago that I really wanted to get out of my pantry. I used them on this and it turned out wonderful.
This is A-MA-ZING-LY great!
This recipe is absolutely incredible, and I always look forward to it! I’ve made it for friends who come over for dinner and made it for friends in their homes. It’s a party favorite, but also a great sit-and-sip on the back porch, just my husband and me!
Amazing! Thanks for sharing Tessa 🙂 So glad you love it!
