Cajun Spiced Butternut Squash Zig Zags

Have you tried butternut squash zig zags yet? They’re my FAVORITE! I don’t even know what it is about them, but they taste a zillion times more delicious than regular cubed butternut squash. I came across these zig zags from Mann’s Fresh Vegetables while I was at Whole Foods a few months back, and I knew immediately that I wanted to create these Cajun Spiced Butternut Squash Zig Zags! I love the sweet flavor of the butternut squash blended with the savory, slightly spicy flavor of the Cajun spice. It’s the perfect match!
