I’ve been meaning to blog this recipe for quite awhile, as I use this Cajun seasoning on everything! It’s not always the easiest to find pre-made spice blends in your grocery store that don’t have junky ingredients added to them.
Making your own spice blend is not only super easy, it’s also less expensive! I especially love this blend for my Chipotle Aioli, as well as just using it as a chicken rub. It has the perfect amount of heat, and a whole lotta flavor! If you want the flavor without the heat, simply omit the cayenne. I suggest making a double or even quadruple batch, and storing it in your pantry to make eating healthy easier!
Enjoy!
