Becoming Your Best Self

Jan 31, 2021 ·

Today we’re dropping knowledge on the single most important step to becoming the healthiest & best version of YOU!

We are often asked why we wake up early most mornings to work out and why we typically choose to prepare and eat nutritious meals. Our “why” and the reason we make the healthy choices we do is because we know first hand what it’s like to NOT be healthy. Simply put – knowing what it feels like to not be healthy, is our reason for pushing forward, making the choices we do, and living out this healthy lifestyle we’ve created.

We don’t look at our healthy lifestyle and the choices we make as things we “have” to do, but instead they are things we “get” to do. Staying active and eating nutritious foods makes us feel awesome! And because our lifestyle has made such a positive impact on our lives, we want to share, inspire and motivate you to become your best self too.

Becoming Your Best Self!

We feel that having a “why” is the single most important step to becoming your best self! As Mike discusses in our YouTube video, having a why is like your engine. It’s what propels and drives your decisions to make the best choices for living a healthy lifestyle. It’s what keeps you going even on those days you feel unmotivated to take the steps to be healthy.

In the video, below, we share our “why” and feature our tips for finding your own “why”.
