When it comes to healing, there are some big myths that so many fall into the trap of, and the top three that I’m sharing with you today are ones that I used to believe as well. Let’s dive into the 3 common myths when it comes to healing!
Back when I first started paleo, changing my diet was quite frankly the last thing I wanted to do. After all, I pretty much lived on cereal, sandwiches, and pasta!
I figured paleo would feel incredibly restrictive, and I mean, who wants to feel like they have to restrict anything, right?!
But then, a huge shift happened that I’ll never forget.
It was on day 21 of my new gut healing journey that I woke up with incredible energy. This was the type of energy I’d never experienced before, and I can still remember how amazing it felt. I woke up early that morning feeling like I was ready to bounce out of bed!

It was during this time that I realized, in order to fully heal, I needed to find a way to make this lifestyle not only sustainable but also really fun.

The truth is, it’s the journey to getting to where we want to be that makes up our lives, not so much the destination. With this in mind, I set out on a path that led me to where I am today with my health.
It hasn’t come without its challenges, but as I’ve realized, that’s all part of my story. And along with creating this story, I’ve come to realize that there are some big myths that so many people buy into, and these lies are what stop people from even making much needed changes in the first place.
