These 10-Minute Shrimp Tacos are my JAM! No joke, they actually took about 5 minutes to make, and they’re SO delicious! I’m all about super quick meals, but they’ve also gotta be loaded with flavor.
I always keep a big batch of my taco seasoning on hand so that all I need to do is add it to the pan with whatever protein I have in my fridge, and dinner is done in no time at all!

Here’s what I did to create these 10-Minute Shrimp Tacos:
STEP ONE: GATHER THE INGREDIENTS
Here I have 1 lb of shrimp, my taco seasoning, lettuce (butter or romaine work great), salsa, guacamole (I picked up pre-made guac) & plantain chips.
STEP TWO: MELT THE GHEE
I melted approximately 1 tablespoon of ghee in a pan over medium heat.
STEP THREE: COOK THE SHRIMP
I sautéed the shrimp for 2-3 minutes, or until they were bright pink and opaque.
STEP FOUR: ADD THE SPICES
I added the taco seasoning (use 1-3 tablespoons, depending on how much flavor you’d like) to the pan along with a small amount of water (approximately 1-2 tablespoons). I stirred well to combine the seasoning with the shrimp and then turned off the heat.
STEP FIVE: ASSEMBLE THE TACOS & EAT!
